Wrong address leaves 20-year-old girl in Upstate New York dead

A 20-year-old by the name of Kaylin Gillis was looking for a friend's house in upstate New York, in the rural town of Hebron, when she was fatally shot by Kevin Monahan, 65, shortly after the car she was riding in pulled into Monahan’s driveway mistaken it for a friends address.

The driver was able to flee the scene and call the police. When the Emergency team arrived, they performed CPR but Gillis was pronounced dead at the scene.
