It is critical. It is 100% Necessary. Important is an understatement. Humans are moving away from print. Everything is digital. Digital is the way to go if you want to engage your audience. You have to be producing video content. Viral may not be necessary for every company but video content is critical.

We are working with a special Fortune 500 company and have acquired a huge chunk of their budget for social media marketing. Tasked with creating viral video content around their app, we increased their video downloads by the thousands in one week. Something that originally took them a year to achieve on their own.

AS CEO, HOW DO YOU FIND TIME TO MANAGE YOUR COMPANY, CLIENTS AND PERSONAL LIFE?

I would consider myself highly efficient. I developed my managing system by watching and learning from other executives. I can put in the 80 hr weeks when I need to but I also know how to relax and have fun. I enjoy weekend getaways, reading and long walks to help me de-stress.

WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST PROFESSIONAL OBSTACLE IN 2018 AND HOW DID YOU MEET IT SUCCESSFULLY?

One challenge is my making sure my sales team is also digitally savvy. The fast-paced market makes it a challenge for my sales team to always have full knowledge of the industry. Even though they don't' handle the social media directly, we hold weekly meetings where we role play with our sales team to help them be more knowledgeable, adaptable and flexible with prospect clients. Spending this quality time with my team gets them fully prepared to meet the challenges associated with their job.

HOW DOES MARGLE MEDIA STAND OUT FROM COMPETITORS?

For one, we really pride ourselves on the volume of video content we license and distribute. We are also great listeners and adjust and adapt to our client needs to make us more effective. Since we work with so many clients, we are experienced in quickly adapting to present market trends. Something that companies simply don't have time to do on their own.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE LEADERSHIP AND HOW DO YOU IMPLEMENT YOUR VISION OF IT DAILY?

I define leadership as the ability to positively influence a group of people through inspiration. As CEO I strive to have a personal relationship with those I’m honored to work with daily.
