Qualcomm sues Apple

Qualcomm filed a claim with the California Superior Court in San Diego on Monday night against the tech company giant Apple.

Qualcomm claims Apple stole the company’s trade secrets, including computer software source code, tools, and other data and gave this info to their rival processing chip maker Intel, to help improve their performance. This came after Apple dropped Qualcomm as their supplier for chips that were being used in the iPhone-smartphone devices.

Qualcomm’s technology enables smartphones to communicate over cellular networks.
