Aaron Hernandez's fiancee has suspicions that he may have been murdered

Aaron Hernandez's fiancee is suing the Dept. of Corrections and seeking to obtain everything from video surveillance and other physical evidence that can give investigators insight into what happened to him.

According to reports, Shayanna Jenkins filed court docs this Wednesday to ask the uperior court to preserve all evidence.

Aaron's attorney, Jose Baez, plans on running his own investigation.
