As reported by FOX News, “ Britney Spears' attorney Mathew Rosengart said that his firm is working "aggressively and expeditiously" to file a petition to remove the star's father Jamie Spears as conservator.”

Rosengart confirmed to reporters that the petition will be filed if Jamie Spears fails to resign as conservator.
