Every year people from all over the World flock to “The Golden State” to enjoy a vacation or to permanently live, however, if you want to live in California is going to cost you! Why? Research shows that cities in California have some of the most restrictive building laws in the nation. Conforming to such laws means more time is spent bringing homes up to code, which means more money.
